Nuclear Magnetic Tube Cleaning - Can We Challenge the Cleaning Limit of Bottle Washing Machines

1. Insert a cotton swab with cleaning solution directly into the nuclear magnetic tube for cleaning. This method is relatively clean but time-consuming and labor-intensive, and it is very easy to scratch the MRI tube.
2. Put the nuclear magnetic tube into the cleaning solution and clean it in an ultrasonic cleaner. The advantage of this method is that it is fast and suitable for large-scale cleaning. But the cleaning quality is not very good. Try not to use ultrasound, even if you see it is not broken, there may be cracks, which may contaminate the MRI instrument.
3. "Swinging technique", add 80% full acetone, pour acetone into the recycling bottle, hold these dozen or so nuclear magnetic tubes and shake them dry on the ground (be careful not to hold too many or shake too hard to prevent the middle nuclear magnetic tube from falling off and hitting the ground). Repeat adding acetone and shake dry about three times. Finally, place the nuclear magnetic tube in an oven to dry and remove acetone. Use a drying temperature of 70-80 degrees Celsius for half a day (3-4 hours). If it is dried for a long time at high temperature, it cannot be said that the use of this nuclear magnetic tube will definitely have an impact on the experiment. But it does affect the uniformity of the nuclear magnetic tube.
If one word is used to describe a nuclear magnetic tube, it is "thin". Such a thin and fragile tube can be washed by a laboratory bottle washing machine without any problem. The key lies in the technical guarantee of the bottle washing machine
1. A specialized customized basket for the nuclear magnetic tube, with a dedicated nozzle that can directly reach the inside of the tube, allowing water flow to reach the bottom of the tube for continuous flushing
2. Variable frequency soft start technology. The nuclear magnetic tube is very light and thin, and sudden water flow impact may cause the tube to be blown away, which is bound to cause the tube to break. Soft start technology is a specialized function developed for lightweight vessels
3. Professional cleaning programs can be edited, and parameters such as cleaning time, temperature, cleaning agent dosage, and drying time can be edited to solve all cleaning and drying problems at once
