Eurping Automatic Acid steam cleaning system principle

Introduction: The working principle of the automatic Acid steam cleaning system is based on the physical and chemical reaction between acid vapour and pollutants, ultrapure water spraying and nitrates are washed, clean hot air drying, the main workflow can be divided into the following four stages:

一、Acid vapour generation

Equipment using advanced temperature-controlled heating system, high-purity nitric acid will be accurately heated to the sub-boiling state, so as to generate pure high-purity nitric acid vapour.

Eurping acid vapour principle features:

1, Eurping nitric acid heating pool is made of PTFE material;

2, the bottom of the acid pool ultra-thin design, high heat transfer efficiency;

3, acid pool using CNC machining centre integrated processing and become;

4,Acid conveying device automatically pumps in nitric acid;

5,Example of nitric acid dosage: 100ml of nitric acid, converted to vapour by heating, can be evenly distributed in 50 ablation tanks.

二、 Nitric acid vapour and pollutant reaction

Acid vapour reacts with residual metal ions in the pollutant to produce nitrate, which dissolves in water.

-In dilute nitric acid:

3Fe2++NO3-+4H+→3Fe3++NO↑+2H2O3Fe2++NO3-+4H+→3Fe3++NO↑+2H2O

-In dilute nitric acid:

3Cu+8H++2NO3-→3Cu2++2NO↑+4H2O3Cu+8H++2NO3-→3Cu2++2NO↑+4H2O5

三、 Ultrapure water spraying

The shower pump sprays ultrapure water through PTFE/PVDF/PDF lines as a column of water directly into the interior of the ablution tube (not in the form of water vapour) to dissolve and rinse out the nitrates.

Example:Eurping way: 7000ml of ultrapure water is sprayed into a 50-bit ablution tank, 7000ml/50-bit ablution tank = 140ml/ablution tank.

四、 Drying process

Hot air filtered by HEPA is blown into the tube and the inner cavity of the machine through the pipeline to complete the drying process of the inside of the tube.

Eurping Acid steam cleaning system, also has the following features:

1、Waste acid gas absorption system

2、Waste acid liquid neutralisation system (online PH meter to monitor the neutralisation effect)

3, Nitric acid dosage can be adjusted and added system

4、Negative pressure exhaust system for the whole process

5、Double-layer transparent glass door, you can observe the whole operation status.

6、Inner cavity and acid vapour piping, PTFE/PVDF/PDF fluorine materials are used.
